FTBR1414xx/2412Hxx系列光纖收發(fā)器件，配合850nm多模光纖使用，為工業(yè)、發(fā)電、醫(yī)療、交通和游戲應(yīng)用等領(lǐng)域提供高性能低成本的光纖通信鏈路，F(xiàn)TBR1414xx在60mA電流驅(qū)動下，傳輸距離最小為2750米。
FTBR1414xx/2412Hxx與AVAGO的HFBR-1414/2412系列產(chǎn)品完全兼容，支持工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的ST光纖接口，提供帶螺紋可選。FTBR1414xx/2412Hxx適配多種類光纖芯徑的多模光纖，包括50/125μm，62.5/125μm，100/140μm和200μm.
FTBR1414xx為發(fā)射器，由一顆峰值波長為850nm的高功率LED芯片封裝而成，配合62.5/125μm芯徑的850nm多模光纖在60mA電流驅(qū)動下輸出光功率典型值為-14dBm。FTBR2412Hxx為接收器，由一顆集成光電二極管的高增益跨阻放大器構(gòu)成，輸出級為開漏MOSFET結(jié)構(gòu)，支持最大輸出電壓為18V。
