北億纖通推出的BIDI SFP+光模塊采用1330(1270)(1490nm)發(fā)射端和1270(1330)(1550nm)接收端，適用于IEEE 802.3ae 10GBASE-BX等雙向10G串行光數(shù)據(jù)通信。收發(fā)器由兩部分組成:發(fā)送部分使用多量子阱1330(1270)nm DFB激光器，是符合國際安全標準IEC 60825的一級激光器。接收部分使用集成的1270(1330)nm探測器前置放大器(IDP)安裝在一個光頭和一個限制后放大器集成電路。
