北億纖通專為光通信應(yīng)用而設(shè)計(jì)的100Gb/s收發(fā)模塊，符合IEEE P802.3ba標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的100GBASE-LR4和ITU-T建議G.959.1/G中OTU4 4I1-9D1F的要求。第709和補(bǔ)編39(G.sup39)條。該模塊將4路28Gb/s的電數(shù)據(jù)輸入轉(zhuǎn)換成4路LAN WDM光信號，再多路轉(zhuǎn)換成單線路100Gb/s的光傳輸。在接收端，該模塊將100Gb/s的光輸入解復(fù)用成4路LAN WDM光信號，再轉(zhuǎn)換成4路電數(shù)據(jù)輸出。
4個(gè)LAN WDM通道的中心波長分別為1295.56、1300.05、1304.58和1309.14 nm，是IEEE 802.3ba定義的LAN WDM波長。高性能冷卻LAN WDM DFB發(fā)射器和高靈敏度PIN接收器為100Gigabit Ethernet應(yīng)用提供了卓越的性能，高達(dá)10km的鏈路，并符合IEEE802.3ba Clause 88 100GBASE-LR4的光接口要求。
產(chǎn)品按照QSFP28多源協(xié)議(MSA)設(shè)計(jì)，外形美觀，光電連接，數(shù)字診斷接口。它的設(shè)計(jì)滿足最苛刻的外部操作條件，包括溫度，濕度和EMI干擾。
