描述
SFP光模塊是高性能、經(jīng)濟有效的模塊，支持1.25Gbps/1.0625Gbps的雙數(shù)據(jù)速率和10公里的SMF傳輸距離。該光模塊由三個部分組成：一個FP激光發(fā)射機，一個集成了跨阻抗前置放大器（TIA）的PIN光電二極管和MCU控制單位。所有模塊均滿足一級激光器的安全要求。該光模塊兼容SFP多源協(xié)議（MSA）和SFF-8472。有關(guān)更多信息，請參考SFP MSA。
